For Builders & Contractors
Project management capacity, without adding headcount.
You already know how to build. The problem is rarely the work, it's everything around it. The client who calls three times a day. The selections that hold up your framing crew. The permit that stalls a start date. The fourth job you had to turn down because you couldn't staff it.
YC x Design provides experienced project management as a service to builders and contractors. I take the coordination, documentation, and client-facing work off your plate so your crews stay productive and your projects stay profitable, without you hiring a full-time PM.
I'm a certified PMP with fifteen years managing complex projects with many stakeholders, and I'm currently serving as owner's representative on a full residential teardown and rebuild. I run real project plans, real budget tracking, and real risk logs, and I bring that discipline to your jobs.
