PACKAGE 01
The Vision Session
Best for homeowners exploring a renovation and wondering whether their idea is possible.
What's included
- Two hour in home discovery session
- Visual mood board capturing the look and feel
- Realistic budget range for your scope
- One page feasibility memo
- Thirty minute follow up call on next steps
$750 to $1,500 flat fee
Based on project size and travel. Paid upfront.
Credited toward Full Curation if you move forward within 90 days.
PACKAGE 02
Full Curation
Best for homeowners ready to renovate who want a single point of contact for the whole project.
What's included
- Everything in the Vision Session
- Architect, designer, and engineer coordination
- Permit and variance management
- Vendor RFP process and vetted trade shortlist
- Master plan with timeline, budget, and risk log
- Biweekly updates with photos and progress notes
- Change order and budget tracking
- Final inspections, walkthrough, and punch list
- Warranty and documentation package at handover
- Thirty days of post reveal support
5% to 8% of project budget
Minimum $7,500. Phased billing tied to project milestones.
PACKAGE 03
Design Concierge
Best for homeowners with a contractor in place who need help with design and decisions.
What's included
- On call design and project management expertise
- Material, finish, and fixture selection guidance
- Vendor and showroom recommendations
- Mood boards and visual concepts on request
- Second opinion reviews of contractor quotes
$95 per hour
Ten hour minimum. Billed as used with no monthly commitment.

What's not included
YC x Design is a project management and curation service and does not perform construction work or act as a general contractor. Architects, designers, engineers, trades, materials, permits, and inspections are billed directly by those vendors and are separate from YC x Design fees. Our job is to make sure those vendors are the right ones, that they show up when they're supposed to, and that you never feel lost in the process.
